- Inventory & Costing Management.
- Manage inventory control and costing processes to ensure accuracy of stock records, product costing, and cost analysis, supporting financial reporting and business decision-making.
- Accounts Payable (Local & Overseas).
- Handle Accounts Payable for both local and overseas suppliers, including document verification, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and payment control.
- Job Order Control & Monthly Closing.
- Review and verify job orders and cost allocation prior to monthly closing to ensure accuracy of production costs and financial data.
- BOI Reporting (Sales & Production Output).
- Prepare, monitor, and submit sales reports and production (PD output) reports in compliance with BOI requirements and regulations.
- Management Reporting.
- Prepare management reports related to cost, inventory, financial performance, and operational analysis to support management decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (GPA 2.70 or higher).
- 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, develop professional skills, and grow within the organization.
