- Work closely with Retail, Branch Managers, Operations, CRM, Marketing, and Doctor teams to align training content and schedules.
- Education.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A degree related to Education, Human Resource Development, Nursing, Health Science, Business, Hospitality, or Service Management is an advantage.
- Experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience delivering classroom, workshop, or on-the-job training for frontline employees.
- Experience in retail, clinics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or other customer-facing businesses is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating training across multiple branches or locations is an advantage.
- Previous experience leading trainers or coordinating a training team is preferred.
- Systems & Tools.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel or Google Sheets for training plans, materials, and reports.
- Comfortable using digital tools for online training, video content, quizzes, and learning-material distribution.
- Leadership & Communication.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Able to explain complex information in a simple, practical, and engaging way.
- Confident speaking in front of groups and encouraging participation.
- Able to plan and manage training schedules across multiple branches.
- Clear communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
