- Serve as Contracts Holder to ensure performance of contract/services.
- Provide advice and resolve problems on technical/operational aspects in order to eliminate any delay in the work schedule.
- Review and update Operation Procedure Manual (OPM) for each activity.
- Prepare end of well reports and capture lessons learnt at the end of the campaign or after troubleshooting to improve operations performance.
- Review technical analysis/justification of recommendation to ensure proper engineering design and operation execution.
- Seek for performance improvement and cost reduction opportunity with safety/environmental standards and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise, coach and mentor the junior engineers on technical and operational issues.
- Promote and ensure the implementation of company s SSHE policies and regulations and industrial standards in all works under responsibility.
- Professional Knowledge & Experiences.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering in or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in offshore oil and gas industry.
- Coiled tubing, workover well P&A operation experience is a plus.
- Well Control certificate for drilling or well intervention operations is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
