- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields).
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or engineering environments.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Native Thai speaker with good communication skills in English.
- Preferred.
- Experience leading shopfloor teams in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding leadership experience and strong potential are also welcome to apply.
