• ให้บริการด้านเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพสินค้าก่อนและหลังการขาย ทั้งในส่วนของการให้ความรู้ ตลอดจนการบริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอก.
• ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการแก้ไขและป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า.
• ติดตามคุณภาพและผลการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ และคู่แข่งขัน เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ และปรับปรุงคุณภาพให้สอดคล้องกับการใช้งานที่ลูกค้า.
• ร่วมพัฒนาและปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานของลูกค้า รวมถึง End Users.
• การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง และรวดเร็ว เพื่อลดความเสียหายที่จะเกิดขึ้นที่ลูกค้าและบริษัทฯ และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า.
• การทํางานที่ต้องประสานงานและเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งลูกค้าภายในและภายนอกบริษัทฯ ซึ่งมีความหลากหลาย และมีความกดดันจากหลายด้าน.
• Qualifications: ปริญญาตรี สาขา เทคโนโลยีวัสดุและบรรจุภัณฑ์, เทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (&#3611.ตรี G.P.A. > 2.70 / &#3611. โท G.P.A. 3.30).
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์ดี (TOEIC > 550).
• ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่.
• มีทักษะในด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว เพื่อลดความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้าและบริษัท และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า.
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว.
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และมี Service mind.
• สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดหรือต่างประเทศตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
