- ควบคุมคุณภาพและความลับของข้อมูลพนักงานตามมาตรฐานองค์กร.
- Stakeholder Management.
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย HR, Finance, Accounting และ Management ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์.
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้บริหารในด้าน Compensation, Workforce Cost และ HR Metrics.
- บริหารทีมงานและพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมให้สามารถทำงานเชิงวิเคราะห์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Compensation & Benefits, Payroll หรือ Total Rewards อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR Analytics, HR Reporting หรือ Workforce Analytics.
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน Salary Structure, Payroll Process และ HR Metrics.
- สามารถใช้ Excel ขั้นสูงได้ดี (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ Power BI, Tableau หรือ HRIS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการนำเสนอเชิงกลยุทธ์.
- มีภาวะผู้นำและสามารถบริหารทีมได้.
