Job Overview

The Human Resources Generalist takes accountability in range of the Human Resources functions such as Benefits & Welfare, Employee Relations & Recruitment. This role ensures HR policies and practices align with business objectives and legal requirements while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits and welfare e.g. Cafeteria, Transportation.

Main liaison with the Staff Welfare Committee and coordinate HR events.

Manage HRIS and able to generate HR reports when required

Maintain employee records, support HR audits, and submit statutory reports.

Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and employee's reimbursed benefits.

Ensuring data integrity and participating in any data audits as required.

Submitting reports and metrics on a monthly basis and as requested.

Supervise and monitor all admin and general affairs such as liaison with relevant government agencies, documents, and office condition.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote open communication.

Providing recruitment, selection, on-boarding and exit services.

Develop and maintain Employee Relations strategy. This may include determining where queries should be referred to or conducting investigation to directly fix employee's queries.

Lead various employee recognition awards.

Handle HR Legal Compliance issues

Assist head of department with day to day operations of HR functions

All other duties and tasks as business may require.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources or related fields.

Good command of both written and spoken in English.

6-10 years' experience

in a combination of HR functions

in the Manufacturing is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

AI literacy is preferable.

Services mind and Self-motivated.

Sense of urgency.

Good knowledge in labor law, PDPA and EICC compliances are advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of working independently and within a team.
