• Assist in the planning and coordination of large-scale e-commerce campaigns (e.g., mega sales, seasonal promotions) for the Fashion category.
• Support campaign execution by liaising with internal teams such as category management, marketing, and operations - Help onboard and engage sellers to participate in campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign requirements.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Contribute to campaign optimization by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in preparing campaign and offline event materials, briefs, and internal documentation.
• Minimum QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion industry.
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Translate client ideas into detailed tech pack drawings and discuss designs collaboratively to make sure every detail is right.
• Prepare garment sizing and specifications ready for factory submission.
• Oversee sample reviews (Pre-Production & Bulk), checking that sizing and all garment specs align with comments and tech packs.
• Be the go-to person for client communication gathering feedback on designs and fittings in a clear and friendly way.
• Review and approve the bulk QC process to ensure the final product meets the mark.
• What we're looking for.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Solid experience with tech packs and garment construction.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and factory teams.
• Communicates well in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback.
