- Partner with Credit and Risk Management teams to review and enhance credit policies, including Loan-to-Value (LTV) guidelines, ensuring they appropriately reflect the risk profile of used motorcycles and refinance lending.
- Monitor dealer portfolio performance by analyzing delinquency trends and closely tracking overdue accounts and Non-Performing Loans (NPL), particularly within the used motorcycle segment.
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation measures and collaborate in designing dealer performance and monitoring programs (e.g., MVD) based on portfolio quality.
- 4) Data Analytics & Sales Team Management.
- Analyze quantitative data, including approval/rejection rates and customer behavior, to generate actionable insights that improve sales productivity, customer acquisition, and credit quality.
- Develop manpower plans by allocating sales resources based on market size, business potential, and dealer coverage to maximize productivity.
- Build sales team capabilities through training and coaching in areas such as used motorcycle appraisal, fraud detection, negotiation skills, and consultative selling techniques.

- Lead the team to manage the customer's orders that come from muti-Channel.
- Overall responsibility on land transport operations within Maersk group.
- Drive Growth and business transformation/ platform as per company direction.
- Perform daily review of transportation volume and plan to ensure resource are effectively deployed to satisfy customer demand.
- Manage Transport Planning function consist of Transport Strategic Planning and Resource Planning.

- Develop, review and improve working procedures to maintain high standards of operational and efficiency, productivity, quality of service, reliability, safety and a healthy work environment.
- Monitor billing support document status to ensure on-time submission of billing support document.
- Review monthly KPI result and initiate action plan to improve the result.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholder to deliver great service experience to customer.
