• Job QualificationsBachelor s degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management or engineering project management, preferably in the energy, renewable energy, mega project or infrastructure sector.
• Experience working on hydropower or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC or other relevant international contract standards is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Be able to support the neighboring countries and be able to travel there.

• Ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
