• Monitoring & reporting competitors' activities on a regular basis.
• Assisting manager achieve sales target and establishes long term customer relationship.

• Manage sale process and ensure all sales activities are carried out in full compliance.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce/CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support as well as suppliers and follows company procedures solving customer complaints with win-win solution.

• Education:Bachelor's Degree in Food, Biotech, Chemistry or any related field.
• Experience: At least 8 years experiences in Sales & Marketing, or related such as RD, QC, marketing in Food and Biotech industry. Experience working in distributors or manufacturers will be preferred.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel for business purposes across upcountry locations.
• Able to undertake overnight business trips and extended travel assignments as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use Excel for basic data analysis, pricing, and sales reporting.
