• Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Commercial, CRM and IT teams to support integrated digital growth initiatives.
• Support the management of media agencies, technology vendors and other digital partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, E-commerce, Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Proven experience managing both digital customer acquisition and digital commerce channels with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience participating in or leading website enhancement, mobile application development or digital transformation initiatives from the business/marketing perspective.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journey optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Marketing Platform or equivalent digital advertising platforms.
• Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer or equivalent to measure and optimize digital performance.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, ASO, GDN, Paid Social, Retargeting and Marketing Automation.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into digital revenue growth.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, UX/UI, technology vendors, media agencies and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in airline, OTA, travel, retail, e-commerce or other consumer digital businesses will be an advantage.
