• บริษัทหิมวันต์กำลังมองหาผู้ช่วยสำนักงาน (Office Assistant) ที่มีความเป็นระเบียบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนงานธุรการและการดำเนินงานประจำวันของบริษัท ตำแหน่งนี้เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบการจัดการงานเอกสาร การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกและหน่วยงานราชการ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการดำเนินธุรกิจที่กำลังเติบโตอยู่เบื้องหลัง.

• หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities).
• สนับสนุนงานธุรการและงานสำนักงานทั่วไปให้กับผู้บริหารและสมาชิกในทีม.
• ประสานงานและติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานราชการ หน่วยงานกำกับดูแล และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก.
• จัดเตรียม จัดระเบียบ และดูแลรักษาเอกสาร บันทึก และระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลของบริษัท.
• บันทึกและดูแลข้อมูลทางการเงินและบัญชีเบื้องต้น เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน รายการค่าใช้จ่าย และการติดตามการชำระเงิน.
• ประสานงานกับนักบัญชี ผู้จัดจำหน่าย ซัพพลายเออร์ และพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจตามความจำเป็น.
• ช่วยดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการขอใบอนุญาต การต่ออายุใบอนุญาต และเอกสารด้านกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ.
• สนับสนุนการจัดตารางนัดหมาย การประสานงานการประชุม และการจัดการเรื่องการเดินทาง.
• ดูแลการติดต่อสื่อสารทางจดหมาย โทรศัพท์ อีเมล และช่องทางอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานธุรการ.
• ช่วยจัดการบันทึกสินค้าคงคลัง อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และเอกสารด้านการปฏิบัติงาน.
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรมของบริษัท งานชิมสินค้า งานแสดงสินค้า และกิจกรรมทางธุรกิจอื่น ๆ ตามความจำเป็น.
• ปฏิบัติงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.

• ปฏิบัติงานหลักที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยสำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ที่อำเภอหางดง.
• อาจมีการเดินทางภายในพื้นที่เป็นครั้งคราว เพื่อเข้าพบหน่วยงานราชการ ซัพพลายเออร์ หรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ.

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการ ผู้ช่วยสำนักงาน ผู้ประสานงาน หรือบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีทักษะการจัดการและการวางระบบงานที่ดี พร้อมใส่ใจในรายละเอียด.
• สามารถทำงานกับตารางข้อมูล (Spreadsheets) เอกสาร และข้อมูลทางการเงินเบื้องต้นได้.
• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) และ/หรือ Google Workspace ได้เป็นอย่างดี.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งการพูดและการเขียนภาษาไทยในระดับดี.
