Sales Strategy: Empowering Growth

In 2026, Qashier is intensifying its focus on hyper-localised merchant acquisition strategies, delivering tailored solutions that integrate QashierPOS, QashierPay, Treats loyalty, and the Qashier SuperTerminal, our all-in-one hardware solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating new leads and sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals. The main goal here is to be creative (and daring) in your approach.

• Recommending the best solution to merchants and closing deals.

• Handling end to end processes of sales.

• Acting as a trusted adviser with each merchant, working with them to establish their business goals and recommending the best solution to achieve those goals.

• Assisting with onboarding of new merchants.

• Working closely with the onboarding team to onboard new merchants according to their requirements.

What's we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, Arts or related fields.

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently present and sell to clients in English.

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and POS systems.

• Passionate about technology, fintech, and the F&B and retail space.

• Highly driven and energetic individuals with strong willingness to learn.
