Operar equipo de oficina estándar aparte de las computadoras, tales como el teléfono, la máquina de escribir, el fax, la fotocopiadora, la calculadora y los periféricos electrónicos. Documentar y comunicar todas las solicitudes o reclamos de los huéspedes al personal apropiado. Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía.
