- Spearhead analytical projects that align with stakeholder needs, from problem definition to insightful communication of results, influencing key areas like Marketing, Product, and Partner Services.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business opportunities, leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer sciences, engineering or a related degree program with outstanding academic results.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of experience as a people manager.
- SQL proficiency: can extract data from large databases using SQL to develop data queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
- Strong business sense.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills: confident communicating with people of differing levels of seniority, analytical understanding and from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written - additional languages are a plus.
- Attitude.
- Curious, proactive, practical and solution-oriented with "Get it done!" attitude.
