- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor ongoing operations and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Investigate incidents and complaints to identify potential breaches of EHS regulations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure workers are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and that it is correctly used, including safety goggles, hearing protection, gloves, and suitable protective clothing.
- Stay up to date with changes in legislation and evolving health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Provide expert HSE guidance to the project team and propose improvements to enhance site safety performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection results, incident investigations, and corrective measures.
- Use your skills to move the world forward.
- Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, with professional level safety certification.
- Relevant professional experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or railway project environments.
- Be able to work both day and night shifts as required by project demands.
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and applicable industry standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement effective safety control measures.
- Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts during critical construction phases.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to manage documentation and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
