About the role:

As a Finance Supervisor, you will lead the financial team, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with financial standards. You will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the on-site finance team and manage daily financial operations.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to headquarters.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and standard cost updates.
• Conduct variance analysis and manage tax compliance and risk.
• Collaborate with external auditors and brokers for IPO and reporting audits.
• Interact with local banks and government agencies for reporting and compliance.
• Verify and approve Capex financials, manage assets, and conduct physical inventory checks.
• Reconcile accounts, including AR, AP, OR, OP, and intercompany accounts.
• Develop and manage the local finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within multinational corporations.
• CPA certification/CPD Lisence is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Team-oriented with flexibility in work approach.
