• Asistir y soportar a gerencia y al equipo de líderes con el manejo y resolución de problemas relacionados con Recursos Humanos. Asistir a los empleados con las solicitudes y los procedimientos de transferencias internas y externas. Vigilar y asistir a gerentes/supervisorescon los procesos de contratación y problemas. Coordinar y realizar las pruebas de estupefacientes, verificación de referencias, antecedentes, departamento de vehículos motorizados y número de seguridad social. Mantener los registros de flujo de solicitantes, pruebas de estupefacientes, orientación y solicitudes de transferencia. Crear y mantener archivos de nuevos empleados y personal e ingresarlos en los sistemas informáticos de Recursos Humanos. Asistir con la orientación de los nuevos empleados. Vigilar todos los procesos de contratación para que cumplan con todas las leyes locales, estatales y federales y las políticas y normas de la compañía. Garantizar el mantenimiento preciso de todos los registros y archives de empleados (por ej., documentos de entrevistas, I-9). Soportar el procesamiento y mantenimiento de registros de nóminas de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos, según sea necesario. Informar a los gerentes de Recursos Humanos sobre los problemas relacionados con las relaciones de empleados dentro de la división o la propiedad. Crear y mantener sistemas de archivos. Generar informes de datos de Recursos Humanos según sea necesario, contestar el teléfono y grabar mensajes. Crear y mecanografiar correspondencia usando una computadora. Servir como experto en materia de Recursos Humanos y participar en equipos de proyectos. Entrenar a los nuevos empleados con los procesos, programas, políticas, sistemas de información, etc., de Recursos Humanos. Obedecer todas las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que tanto su uniforme como su aspecto personal sea limpio y profesional, mantener la privacidad de la información de la compañía. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional, preparar y revisar con precisión y puntualidad los documentos escritos y responder a los teléfonos usando una etiqueta apropiada. Desarrollar y mantener unas relaciones laborales positivas con otras personas, apoyar al equipo para lograr las metas comunes y escuchar y responder apropiadamente a los problemas de otros empleados. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 10 libras (4,5 Kg) o menos. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisores.
