• Develop and propose the annual Risk-Based Internal Audit Plan for approval..
• Plan and conduct internal audits covering operations, finance, procurement, and other key business processes.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and corporate governance processes.
• Prepare and present audit findings and actionable recommendations to the Audit Committee and senior management.
• Monitor corrective actions and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Enhance audit methodologies, processes, and tools by leveraging technology and data analytics to improve audit efficiency.
• Manage and develop the internal audit team, where applicable, or coordinate with external audit consultants as needed.
• The ideal candidate should possess the following background.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in internal audit, auditing, risk management, or compliance, or 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within these functions..
• Good knowledge of the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and COSO Internal Control Framework..
• Understanding of data analytics, IT risks, and cybersecurity risks.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to effectively leverage AI tools for data analysis and reporting while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or CFE are an advantage..
