• วางกลยุทธ์และแผนบริหารภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ในระดับสาขาและพื้นที่ (Area/Cluster) ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์องค์กรและการแข่งขันในตลาด.
• วิเคราะห์และเทียบเคียงแนวทางธุรกิจ คู่แข่ง (Benchmarking) และพฤติกรรมลูกค้าในพื้นที่ เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการสื่อสารและกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสม.
• ประยุกต์ความรู้ด้าน Sales, Operation และ Customer Experience เพื่อออกแบบรูปแบบร้าน การจัดวางสื่อ และกิจกรรมหน้าร้านให้ตอบโจทย์เชิงพาณิชย์.
• ใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Business Development (BD) ในการประเมินพื้นที่เชิงกลยุทธ์ ประสานงานกับห้าง/เจ้าของพื้นที่ และสนับสนุนการขยายสาขาเชิงการตลาด.
• Marketing & Campaign Coordination (Program Owner).
• แปลงกลยุทธ์การตลาดสู่แผนแคมเปญระดับพื้นที่/สาขา และกำกับการดำเนินงานให้เกิดผลจริง.
• บริหารและประสานงานข้ามสายงานกับ Sales, Operation, Marketing Communication, Supplier และพันธมิตร.
• เป็นเจ้าของโครงการ (Project Owner) สำหรับ Campaign, Promotion และ In-store Communication ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรงเวลา.
• วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์แคมเปญเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง.
• Digital & Social Media Support (Strategic Communication).
• วางแผนและกำกับการใช้ Digital & Social Media เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดขายและประสบการณ์ลูกค้าในบริบทหน้าร้าน.
• บริหารการสื่อสารผ่าน Social Media และ Line OA (Broadcast, Promotion, Engagement).
• บรีฟและกำกับทีมกราฟิก/คอนเทนต์ โดยเชื่อมโยงกับกลยุทธ์แบรนด์และบริบทเชิงพื้นที่.
• ใช้เครื่องมือออกแบบดิจิทัล หรือ AI Design Tool ในการจัดทำสื่อเบื้องต้นหรือ Prototype เพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็วในการสื่อสาร.
• Customer & Market Insight (Expert Analysis).
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกด้านพฤติกรรมลูกค้า แนวโน้มตลาด และ Performance ระดับสาขา.
• ใช้ Insight ในการปรับกลยุทธ์การตลาด แคมเปญ และการสื่อสารแบรนด์.
• เสนอแนวทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ต่อผู้บริหารเพื่อพัฒนาแบรนด์และผลประกอบการในระยะยาว.
