What Will You Do?

You'll turn what Sales and Marketing hear from clients into an IT roadmap, sit close enough to our C-level to shape real strategy calls, and run delivery day-to-day by directing our Head of IT Development. Part product strategist, part translator between the business and the build - and the person who makes sure both work in alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for both BPTW (Engagement survey, Analytics, AI Features) and WorkVenture's job posting solutions (AI-driven candidate matching, resume search, hiring analytics).
• Turn feedback from Sales and Marketing into prioritized product decisions, and align roadmap and trade-offs directly with C-level leadership.
• Directly manage WorkVenture's Head of IT Development, oversee the UX/UI implementation and assure alignment with customer expectations.
• Drive AI-powered features such as processing survey responces, engagement insights, candidates applications - guided by feedback and requirements.
• Support Sales on key accounts and stay close enough to customers and candidates to inform every roadmap call.
• Balance new features delivery against platform constraints and value to the business development.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR-tech, marketplaces, or recruitment platforms.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI- or ML-driven product features (matching/recommendation engines, predictive analytics, applied generative AI), with enough technical fluency to scope this work credibly with engineers.
• Experience managing or closely directing an engineering lead or technical team, as the primary point of accountability for delivery without being the one writing the code.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and executive/C-level leadership.
• An analytical, metrics-first approach to prioritization; comfortable defining KPIs and reading dashboards.
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience operating in a lean startup or scale-up environment where product, engineering, and go-to-market move fast.
• Prior experience with HR-tech, or recruitment-marketplace products specifically.
• Experience presenting directly to founders or C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with survey methodology or people analytics
