Key Responsibilities:

1. Support catchment report, population data and data analysis
2. Support the analysis of the site context, access, traffic, research local and direct competitors, future competitors
3. Support the methodology and conduct of consumer research, both quantitative and qualitative
4. Analysis Competitive brand comparison, study potential brand pool, brand selection, and brand quantitative analysis
5. Create Business and Commercial Concept from data which base on architect view

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate
2. At least 5 years working experience in business development
3. Experience in real estate development
4. Analytical Skill, Communication skill, problem solving skill, strategic thinking
5. Retail Experience
6. Presentation Skill
7. Experience with Program Map Info, ArcGIS is a plus
