Job Scope: Build hands-on experience in business development and client relationship management across Small and Medium Business segments, together with exposure to credit analysis and deal execution. ARM-S focuses on warming potential BB/Small leads and offering assigned products, while ARM-M focuses on client visit preparation and identifying cross-selling, up-selling, and business opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, portfolio-related activities, reporting, and documentation, building readiness for future RM roles in Small Segment and Medium Segment.

Qualification:

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Statistics and related field with
• minimum GPA 3.00
• •interest in financial products, financial advisory, and credit analysis.
• •Good communication and presentation skills with confidence in interacting with internal customers.
• •Service-minded, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced banking environment
• •Able to communicate in English. (Preferable).
