• ทีมงานทำงานแบบรีโมต ข้ามพรมแดนและวัฒนธรรม ไม่มีสำนักงาน ทีมงานใช้การสื่อสารผ่านแชตและประชุมออนไลน์อย่างสม่ำเสมอระหว่างสัปดาห์ ในช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมกับเขตเวลาของแต่ละคน.

• คุณจะทำงานร่วมกับทีมประสานงานระดับโลก และผู้ดูแลประเทศไทย โดยมีหน้าที่หลัก ได้แก่.
• พัฒนาเนื้อหาและจัดการฝึกอบรมให้กับอาสาสมัคร โรงเรียน และธุรกิจ.
• ติดตามและประเมินผลลัพธ์ของแต่ละโครงการ.
• วางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาและขยายโครงการในระยะยาว.
• ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องการผู้ที่มีความกระตือรือร้น เข้าอกเข้าใจผู้อื่น และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่แม่นยำ (ทั้งการเขียน การพูด และการสื่อสารเชิงภาพ) ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างความไว้วางใจและทำงานกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในชุมชน รวมถึงมีความเข้าใจลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับปัญหาพลาสติก สิ่งแวดล้อม สุขภาพ และสภาพภูมิอากาศ พร้อมทั้งเข้าใจแนวทางแก้ไขเชิงระบบแบบ จากปลายน้ำสู่ต้นน้ำ (bottom-up) .
• ผู้สมัครต้องเข้าใจและยึดถือพันธกิจและมาตรฐานของแทรชฮีโร่ และเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับอาสาสมัคร.
• ตำแหน่งนี้เป็นงานประจำ (ไม่มีกำหนดระยะเวลา) โดยต้องสามารถทำงานได้อย่างน้อย 20 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ และสามารถเพิ่มได้สูงสุด 32 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์.
• อาจครอบคลุมประเทศอื่นในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ขึ้นอยู่กับชั่วโมงการทำงาน.

• ติดตามและรายงานผลกิจกรรมของโครงการแทรชฮีโร่คิดส์ และ Trash Hero Communities.
• สนับสนุนการขยายเครือข่ายจุดเติมน้ำ.
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคประชาชน (เช่น การสำรวจแบรนด์หรือซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต).
• การจัดการองค์ความรู้.
• ติดตามข้อมูลและอัปเดตความรู้เกี่ยวกับประเด็นมลพิษพลาสติก แนวคิด zero waste นโยบายระดับประเทศ และแนวทางแก้ไขที่เป็นไปได้.
• เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลให้กับอาสาสมัคร.
• ระบุช่องว่างด้านความรู้ในการทำความเข้าใจเรื่องซีโร่เวสต์ ของอาสาสมัครและชุมชน และประสานงานกับทีมโครงการของแทรชฮีโร่เวิลด์ เพื่อเติมเต็มช่องว่างเหล่านั้น.
• การสื่อสาร.
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมสื่อสารของแทรชฮีโร่เวิลด์ เพื่อพัฒนาเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ.
• สร้างโพสต์โซเชียลมีเดีย 1-2 โพสต์ต่อสัปดาห์ เกี่ยวกับประเด็นหรือโครงการซีโร่เวสต์ โดยร่วมมือกับนักออกแบบดิจิทัลของเรา.
• เป็นตัวแทนองค์กรในงานภายนอกตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• รวมถึงงานอื่น ๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมายเพิ่มเติมเป็นครั้งคราว.
