- Negotiate and confirm participation of shortlisted deals for superstar creator livestream sessions.
- Coordinate with category and campaign teams to align deals with overall campaign strategy.
- Ensure timely input and setup of confirmed deals into the system/platform.
- Deal checks prior to campaign day to prevent any errors.
- Support real-time operations during campaign livestreams to troubleshoot or adjust deals as needed.
- Maintain a tracker of deal status and performance post-campaign for reporting and optimization.
- Requirements: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to adapt to real-time changes and solve problems quickly during live operations.
