- Position Purpose.

- ประสานงาน ติดต่อวิทยากร แขกรับเชิญ ทีมงานภายใน และหน่วยงานภายนอก เพื่อให้การทำงานสอดคล้องกัน
- วางแผนและจัดเตรียมการเดินทางทั้งในและต่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการถ่ายทำ
- จัดการเอกสาร จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการผลิตทั้งหมดให้ถูกต้องและเป็นระเบียบ
- ควบคุมงบประมาณ ติดตามค่าใช้จ่าย ตรวจสอบและเคลียร์งบประมาณให้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบการเงิน.
- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา
- อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-3 ปี โดยมีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในกระบวนการผลิตสื่อวิดีโอและรายการเสียง
- มีความรู้ความสนใจและติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านธุรกิจและเศรษฐกิจ
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการตารางเวลา เอกสารสำคัญ และงบประมาณอย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการบริหารจัดการหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูงและสามารถบริหารจัดการหลายภารกิจพร้อมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ใจเย็น และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้ตามความจำเป็นของเนื้องานและสถานการณ์จริง.
