• พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน (Territory & Travel).
• ปฏิบัติงานหลักที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยสำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ที่อำเภอหางดง.
• อาจมีการเดินทางภายในพื้นที่เป็นครั้งคราว เพื่อเข้าพบหน่วยงานราชการ ซัพพลายเออร์ หรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ.
• คุณสมบัติและข้อกำหนด (Qualifications & Requirements).
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการ ผู้ช่วยสำนักงาน ผู้ประสานงาน หรือบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีทักษะการจัดการและการวางระบบงานที่ดี พร้อมใส่ใจในรายละเอียด.
• สามารถทำงานกับตารางข้อมูล (Spreadsheets) เอกสาร และข้อมูลทางการเงินเบื้องต้นได้.
• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) และ/หรือ Google Workspace ได้เป็นอย่างดี.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งการพูดและการเขียนภาษาไทยในระดับดี.
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• สามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง และบริหารจัดการหลายงานพร้อมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ มีความน่าเชื่อถือ และมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ หรือการจัดการเอกสารด้านกฎระเบียบ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม การบริการ การผลิต หรือสตาร์ทอัพ จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ แต่ไม่ใช่ข้อบังคับ.
