• รับผิดชอบงานพัฒนาระบบสาธารณูปโภคในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม/เขตประกอบการ และงานพัฒนาธุรกิจด้านสาธารณูปโภคอื่น ๆ เช่น การพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำดิบ และการจัดการน้ำเสียอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อรองรับการดำเนินงานของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงการประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอและเอกสารสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• จัดทำ Conceptual Engineering และประสานงานกับคู่สัญญา ที่ปรึกษา ผู้รับเหมา และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อจัดทำ TOR สำหรับงานก่อสร้างระบบสาธารณูปโภค และส่งมอบงานให้ทีมงานก่อสร้างดำเนินการต่ออย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและสนับสนุนข้อมูลสำหรับการขออนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานพัฒนาสาธารณูปโภค เช่น รายงาน EIA การขอรับส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) และใบอนุญาตก่อนเริ่มงานก่อสร้างที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
