• 人口7億人に迫る一大経済圏である東南アジアにおいて 近年日本企業の投資意欲が益々高まっております 東南アジアは製造拠点やオペレーション拠点 マーケットとして多拠点展開を前提として進出するクライアントが多く こうした流れに伴い サプライチェーンマネジメント (SCM) の重要性も強く増しています .
• 弊社は5年前からSCM部門の専門部署をゼロから立ち上げていますが 年々非常に速いスピードで成長しています (約10倍近い成長を達成).
• クライアントはサプライチェーンを再評価しており デジタル化の必要性は喫緊の課題となっています 東南アジアではリモートでの協働が広く普及している一方 SCM領域では依然として工場や倉庫でのオンサイト業務が必要とされています リモート対応力を高めるには業務オペレーションの再構築が必要であり SCMにおけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションは不可欠です クライアントのSCMのデジタル化を支援できるメンバーがますます必要となり 本ポジションを積極的に採用するに至りました .
• SCM専門のコンサルティングは通常 需給 調達 物流 製造と 機能ごとにサイロ化 最適化されがちですが 東南アジアでは機能横断的にクライアントにバリューを出すことが期待されるため SCMの一分野に閉ざされることなく SCM全体についての専門家でいることが求められます .
• 加えて 普段直接対面するお客様が経営者であることが多いため SCMだけを語るのではなく SCMはあくまでベースとしながらも ビジネスを語ることが求められるのも このポジションの特徴的な部分であるといえます (役割は多岐にわたりますが その分個人としての成長は日本などに比べ各段に早いスピードで実現できるはずです).
