Responsibility:

• 
  Provide technical services in the Machinery/Rotating Equipment Engineering discipline to support smooth, safe, and reliable refinery operations.

  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of rotating equipment in the refinery by:
  • Leading predictive and preventive maintenance programs and annual maintenance plans including engineering cost evaluation process i.e. life cycle cost analysis, benefit to cost ratio calculation etc.
  • Monitoring critical equipment performance and troubleshooting problems.
  • Conducting engineering studies and risk-based analyses and making recommendations to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Conducting root cause failure analyses with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Developing, updating and executing long-range machinery reliability plans
• Lead/facilitate to develop equipment maintenance and operating plan by utilizing several maintenance philosophies e.g. RBWS, RCM, SRCM, RAM, Weibull etc.
• Maintain and update equipment maintenance and operating plan via related computer software e.g. SAP, Access/Excel based software, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering with strong academic background.
• Minimum GPAX 3.00
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEIC score ≥ 700 or IELTS ≥ 6.0).
• Direct experience in rotating equipment discipline: maintenance, reliability, or engineering, with relevant experience in troubleshooting are an advantage. However, an entry level engineer will also be considered.
• Have (or eligible to have) engineer license.
• Professional certifications such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis are an advantage.
• Desire to work upcountry (Sriracha, Chonburi)
