• Manage the Marketing agency partners to ensure that briefing, design and production of marketing communications materials achieve the brand's objectives.
• Lead the briefing, development and approval process for any local or global creative adaptation and supervise the effective implementation of marketing activities, in compliance with brand equity guidelines.
• Manage brand budgets to ensure resources are deployed to maximize growth. Partner with Market Managers and Finance to understand and optimise Jack Daniel's P&L across South East Asia.
• Partner with multiple internal and external constituencies/stakeholders, including third party distributors, Area Manager, Market Managers (sales), Finance and Supply Chain teams in South East Asia, APAC Regional and Global brand teams, Marketing and PR agencies and other suppliers/business partners.
• Lead the implementation of new product development (NPD) for the Jack Daniel's Portfolio in South East Asia.
• Leverage Brown-Forman processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer, consumer, channel, and campaign insights for more informed decision-making & planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant subject.
• Minimum 6 years of brand marketing experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong experience in integrated marketing and measurement, creativity and innovative thinking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• High level of integrity, trust, and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and geographies.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.

• Lead the development of category, channel & POP plan covering assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotion across channels, and marketing strategic framework.

• Lead as Sales and Product Manager representative in Business Unit Management Committe.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Management, Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing in FMCG.
• High analytical acumen with ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies and tactics internally.
