- Execute portfolio exit decisions in the area to minimize customer impact during transition or complete phase out.
- Provides customer and competitive insights into Area & global teams.
- Understand market trends and customer goals on sustainability, leveraging as part of our strategy for portfolio/segment.
- Facilitate the Monthly Area IBP Portfolio Review.
- Set Area Price Corridors.
- Define and execute pricing per region / country based on global and area corridors by understanding price / value proposition.
- Own the governance and rhythm, including optimizing commercial processes.
