• Manage people.
• Be responsible for induction of all newcomers in the perimeter (temporaries included). Ensure the organization and scheduling of training actions.
• Analyze flexibility and multi skills needs of APZ (Autonomous Production Zone), and define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit.
• Monitor certification process for each operator and update in real time flexibility grid.
• Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, APZ communication & performance boards update.
• Ensure respect of standard stops (breaks, meetings) by checking systematically on genba, and validate operators working time.
• Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards.
• Follow up APZ main objectives in monthly meetings with all people under responsibility.
• Is responsible for personnel involvement and ensures a positive social climate.
• Conduct operators' annual appraisals, as well as salary review and career interviews.
• Maintain standards.
• Perform OJT of the teams every day on standards implemented.
• Ensure enforcement of health, safety, environmental & site rules for the APTs (Autonomous Production Team)of its perimeter, and that anybody entering the perimeter respect the rules and standards of the perimeter.
• Ensure existence of updated working instructions for every station, including reworks.
• Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, 5S, respect of the product, OK start.) during the operations and propose/ implement improvements.
• Define work standards with the help of support functions and operators.
• Ensure TPM standards are properly deployed and used: abnormalities detection (formalized on red tags), systematic inspection & regular cleaning of equipment by team, 1st levels of preventive maintenance, maintenance line QRQCs.
• Control regularly genba equipment performance (including cycle time measurements, and microstoppages observation sessions), and react.
• Make regularly time-measurements with main MUDA seeking.
• Ensure that all displays of the perimeter (QCDM by APT, QCDM & communication areas at APZ level) are updated at end of shift, and make sure that workers have necessary material to do so.
• Manage production.
• Propose every week APZ headcounts & organization to the APU Manager, according to MPS.
• Ensure production, respecting SQCDM & inventory targets.
• In case a detected problem cannot be solved by the APT, assign and check containment and corrective actions with APU support functions and / or management.
• Review daily all QRAP of the perimeter.
• React in case of issue & escalate issues at APU level when needed.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain team on MPS daily priorities.
• Respect daily the MPS (Material Production Schedule) contract.
• In case of daily MPS respect deviation, take necessary measures within the week, after validation by APU.
• Manager, to have respected weekly MPS at the end of the week.
• Get involvement of support functions every time necessary to solve as fast as possible the issues identified by APTs.

• Prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards.
• Lead VPS workshops (flow analysis - MUDA hunting, 5S, Hoshin, TPM.) and liaise with Site VPS Manager for training to methodologies; Participate in the weekly Site VPS committee, presenting regularly the genba status of workshops he/she is leading.
• Liaise with support functions to facilitate improvement actions within the APTs.
• Participate in budget preparation (headcounts, overheads, investments, P-30) and manage the budget of the APZ.
• Promote the Valeo 5 axes in daily activities, develop improvement plan on VPS, IP, TQ and reach assigned V5000 targets.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or a related field. (Equivalent technical background with extensive, proven supervisor experience in the automotive industry may also be considered).
• 5 years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Production & KPI Management: Oversee and manage daily production lines to meet and exceed targets across SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and basic quality management tools.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams under high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with support functions (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering).
• Genba & QRQC Driving: Lead daily shop-floor meetings and problem-solving activities (Genba/Line QRQC).
• People Management & Development: Manage manpower allocation, develop training plans, and evaluate operator skills using the Versatility Matrix.

• This is a high-impact leadership opportunity, for a Regional Customer Service Manager to lead Agoda's Customer Experience Group (CEG) Incident Management (IM) & Dispute Resolution & Privacy Advisory (DRPA) teams.
• This role will lead a team of Team Managers (TMs) who handle complex technical/non-technical incidents and sophisticated legal, privacy, and regulatory disputes. This role will be responsible for creating a unified, world-class response framework that applies consistent principles of risk management, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence across both incident and dispute resolution.
• We are looking for a leader with exceptional judgment who can command a crisis when needed, navigate complex legal and privacy disputes, and provide clear-headed strategy in chaotic situations. You will be the key liaison to senior stakeholders, responsible for turning high-stakes challenges into well-managed outcomes.
• Mentor and manage specialized TMs for both IM and DRPA, holding them accountable for team performance, development, and the execution of their specific ownership pillars (e.g., court matters, incidents, legal escalations, workload management, high-risk cases).
• Serve as the senior leader for Agoda's response to complex incidents (natural disasters, system outages, political events, etc.), ensuring effective war room facilitation and decisive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the handling of high-risk regulatory investigations to specific escalations, data privacy matters (e.g.: Data Subject Right Request), and multi-jurisdictional legal disputes to minimize financial and brand exposure.
