• Plan and develop dashboards and reports using SAP BOBJ to support management decision-making, setting priorities and directions for the development team..
• Supervise the system and team to ensure effective operations, maintaining continuous data quality, accuracy, and security..
• Continuously enhance system performance and modernize solutions in line with evolving technologies.
• Initiate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance BI system performance..
• Analyze the overall system landscape to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across the organization.
• Integrate systems to support current operations and future network expansion..
• Review and adapt strategies in response to changing circumstances to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on operational outcomes to management.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field..
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines from multiple data sources..
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and database management concepts..
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills..
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies..
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases is an advantage..
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP..
• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus..
• SAP Certification in a relevant functional area is an added advantage..
• Fast learner, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively..
