• We are looking for an After-Sales Service Officer to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients (buyers/tenants), owners, and internal teams. Your main goal is to ensure a smooth transition after a property sale or lease, provide exceptional customer care, and help maintain long-term relationships with our clients.

• Document & Coordination: Handle post-sales/rental documents including contracts, ownership transfers, receipts, and client profiles.
• Handover & Check-in: Schedule and coordinate property handovers, inspect room conditions, check furniture/assets, and deliver keys to clients.
• Maintenance Support: Act as the main contact point for maintenance issues (e.g., AC repairs, leaks, electrical issues) by coordinating between owners, tenants, technicians, and project management.
• Utility Setup: Assist clients with setting up basic utilities, including water, electricity, and internet services.
• Customer Relations: Conduct follow-up calls or messages after move-in to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues. Assist with lease renewals, re-rentals, or re-sales.
• Services: Manage required immigration paperwork for foreign tenants, specifically TM30 filings.
• Data & Systems:Update rental/sales records, track tenant statuses, and securely organize all documents in the system.
• Content Creation:Collaborate with the Marketing team by creating content that highlights our after-sales services.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Maintenance, Property Management, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Events & Sales Support: Participate in major company PR events to provide service information, and assist the sales team in presenting company products/projects to clients when needed..
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of working experience (experience in real estate or customer service is a plus).
• Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and English. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.
• Flexibility: Able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut).
• Personality: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong service mind, highly responsible, and patient.

• Assist the MD, client service manager and team in providing support.
• Drafts basic public relations and social media materials, including news releases, posts, media alerts, fact sheets, and other materials as directed.
• Create and edit content for in-house or client brand(s) in multiple formats such as video, text, and graphics.
• Market research to support client's project and business.
• Carries out special and media event planning activities and arrangements as outlined by the supervisor.
• Assists with the development and updating of media lists and other databases, including client, marketing, prospect, and administrative databases. Other tasks include database creation, data entry, and update additions and corrections.
• Assists with the management of outside vendors to successfully complete outside work, including, but not limited to, the printing materials, renting of audio/visual equipment, photography, graphic arts services, or supplying needed products.
• Assists with administrative duties.
• Support the projects being carried out by the company and team.
• Attends weekly meetings with the team to update projects and participates in brainstorming sessions.
• Performs other activities as assigned by the executive or by team supervisor as part of project or task(s) collaboration.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, PR, and/or Digital media is plus.
• Solution-oriented.
• Proficient on the computer.
• Positive attitude, Reliable, & Flexible.
• Bilingual in English and Thai.
• Willing and open to learning.
