We are seeking an organized Customer Service Officer to support our sales teams in delivering exceptional service to customers. This role will be proving services in term of systems, documents, tenders to support sales function in organization.

Please note that this position is offered as a 1-year contract.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing contract, Power of Authorization & bank guarantee.

• Preparing related documents for tender process and submit documents in the system as well as prepare tender report.

• Coordinate with colleague in the department, other departments including Logistics department for update incoming shipment.

• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.

• Create request for transportation booking.

• Prepare product installation information to After Sales Service and Installation department.

• Prepare warranty and extended warranty information to After Sales Service and Installation department.

• Other supporting documents as required by sales team.

• Fulfill duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or others related field.

• Minimum 3-5 year experience in a Customer Service or Sales support and Sales administration, preferable in medical products field.

• Experience in SAP/ SD Module.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Basic knowledge of English.

• Details oriented and sense of urgency.

• Good service mind and cooperation.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication in Thai (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
