• Conduct A/B testing and pilot campaigns to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Share campaign learnings and recommendations with stakeholders to improve future CRM strategies.
• Partner with Brand, Digital, IT, and Operations teams to align CRM campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Support store operations or frontline teams with CRM-related communication materials and training.
• Liaise with external vendors and CRM platform providers as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, or data-driven marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer data management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in retail, F&B, or loyalty programs is a plus.
