• Your Impact.
• We are seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Manager, Sales to lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in our Emerging Small Business & Small Medium Business Accounts. The appointed sales leader will play a key role in leading this highly visible and motivated team that generates revenues and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for sales to achieve corporate objectives.
• Your Qualifications.
• Attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent
• Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings. Engaging other corporate resources as required
• Ongoing mentoring and development of the Emerging Small Business sales team in business development and opportunity management
• Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure

• Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results
• Required skills and Experience.
• Extensive software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including sales management experience
• Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
• Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
• Working knowledge/experience of the CRM space
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment

• Review Change to approve or reject request based on Impact assessment, mandatory readiness sign off.
• Support project team to integrate change management activities into their project plans.
• Summarize CAB agenda, prepare CAB presentation, and submit after CAB minute of meeting.
• Be flexible and available to interact and connect with people at all levels in the Company in business and non-business hours for Change management inquiry or assist.
• Develop and deliver Change/Release retrospect reports to distribute to executive audience(s) and drive discussion of all recent rollbacks, changes causing incident with root cause and prevention, Within/ Over SLA, and violation changes in a weekly CAB meeting.
• Utilize Service Now tool to automate available metrics, trending and reporting for best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and review with Change requester for any Change causing incident, Rollback, or Violation.
• Qualifications Preferred Bachelor or Master s degree in information systems, Information Technology, or related degree.
• At least 5 years of related IT Service Management especially on Change Management.
• Good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in operations management, strategic planning and execution.
• ITIL certificate preferred.
