- Experience supporting automotive dealerships, automotive service businesses, multi-branch operations, retail networks, or similar environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Experience supporting diverse employee groups including sales, technicians, service staff, operational employees, and office-based teams.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and outsource positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Serve as the main point of contact for outsource-related matters and coordinate with hiring managers, outsourced employees, service providers, and relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for Personal Vendor positions.
- Conduct market surveys for contract and outsource positions, including salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
- Recruitment Operations & New Joiner Coordination.
- Coordinate with successful candidates regarding pre-employment health check-ups, required documents, and joining arrangements.
- Coordinate pre-orientation activities, including employee photos, ID cards, and orientation support.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, vacancy reports, and workforce data for contract employees, outsource employees, Personal Vendors, and other vendor personnel.
- Monitor the probation process for all new joiners, follow up with hiring managers to ensure evaluations are completed within the required timeline, and inform the HRIS team of the final probation results.
- TA Administration & Special Projects.
- Coordinate team expense reimbursements and ensure that all supporting documents are properly prepared and submitted.
- Coordinate job-board subscription renewals and prepare the required information for the team leader's approval.
- Support Employee Referral Program announcements, candidate tracking, and related administration.
- Coordinate with external service providers on relevant recruitment and employee-related matters.
- Support special projects and perform other assignments as requested by the team leader.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a related field.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment-related roles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes.
- Experience in coordinating with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, outsource vendors, and external service providers.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment and employee data.
