• Ability to motivate and drive the team to achieve sales targets.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare and review sales performance reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Able to travel regularly to assigned stores and locations.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and personal vehicle will be an advantage.
• Able to work according to retail business schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
