Product Growth Marketer

Matchazuki by TDFB — Thailand's No.1 Matcha Brand

Work from anywhere

  • Full-time

Build Thailand's No.1 Matcha Brand — from the inside.

Ever opened a matcha package and wondered "who's behind this?" — that might be us.

We're TDFB, the team behind Matchazuki. Since 2014 we've made premium Japanese matcha accessible to everyone — bringing it into tens of thousands of homes and cafés across Thailand. Now we're building the product foundation to take the brand global, and we're looking for a Product Growth Marketer to drive new products and new channels forward, hands-on.

Why this role

Real products, real love.

You'll work on products people genuinely drink and enjoy — not another SKU on a spreadsheet.

Own the execution, end-to-end.

From idea

  • prototype
  • validate
  • launch
  • scale-or-kill. You run the project and make the recommendation, backed by data — with the Growth Manager on the strategic calls.

Visible impact.

Your work goes live on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Modern Trade shelves nationwide.

What you'll do

Product Development & Launch

Run market and competitor research to find gaps Matchazuki hasn't captured yet, and turn customer pain/insight into clear product concepts and value propositions.

Lead new product development end-to-end — concept

  • prototype
  • validate
  • launch — working with PD, QA, Production, Marketing, Performance and SCM.

Drive the stage-gate process: set assumptions, plan tests, estimate COGS, and get products past validation (

≥70%

) before full launch.

Support SKU lifecycle decisions — recommend what to invest in, optimize, or retire — and align the call with the Growth Manager.

Strategy & Execution

Propose pricing, channel, and positioning for each SKU, and test the business model at homemade / pilot scale.

Build product toolkits and training that help Sales sell with confidence.

Partner with MarCom and Performance on campaigns, promotions, and launch events.

New Retail & New Market (support & execute)

Study new channels — Modern Trade, specialty store, café, B2B, export pilot — and analyze product–channel fit (packaging, pricing, MOQ).

Prepare product decks, data, and costing, and run small-scale, low-risk pilots into new retail and new markets.

Track pilots and summarize learning, risk, and next steps for the team to decide scale or pivot.

(Company-wide BD strategy and key-account negotiation sit with the Growth Manager.)

Analytics & Forecasting

Track product performance in real time and turn data into clear, actionable calls.

Support sales forecasting and inventory planning together with SCM.

Team Development

Onboard, coach, and supervise Junior PMs — get them productive on tools and process within one month.

Review work quality (QC) and give regular, developmental feedback.

Who you are

You genuinely love matcha, beverages, or baking — hands-on, not just on paper.

3+ years

in Product, Brand, or Project Management (FMCG / F&B a strong plus).

You think strategically and execute independently — you don't wait to be told, and you finish what you start.

You're comfortable with data — Excel and dashboards don't scare you.

You can work in

English

(written & spoken) — you'll deal with international suppliers.

You're

Curious + Humble

: you ask "why," learn from failure, and play for the team.

What we offer

No clock-in / clock-out — we trust you to deliver.
