• งานด้านบริหารแรงงานสัมพันธ์: วางแผนการบริหารและส่งเสริมกิจกรรมแรงงานสัมพันธ์ การสื่อสารระหว่างองค์กรกับพนักงาน บริหารวินัยการปฏิบัติงาน ข้อร้องเรียนและข้อพิพาทภายในองค์กร ภายใต้ระเบียบการกำกับองค์กรที่ดีและกฎหมาย.
• ค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ: ตรวจสอบและควบคุม งานด้านค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ การลางาน สวัสดิการของพนักงาน เช่น เงินช่วยเหลือ ชุดฟอร์ม การตรวจสุขภาพ การจัดการสิทธิประโยชน์ของพนักงานให้ถูกต้อง ตรงเวลาและเป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท.
• HRIS และ Digital HR: ทำหน้าที่ Key User HRIS ดูแลคุณภาพข้อมูล บันทึกจัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานและเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ วิเคราะห์แนะนำเสนอข้อมูล People Analytics และนำเสนอ People Insight ในองค์กร.
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีองค์ความรู้พื้นฐานและความเข้าใจงานด้าน HRM, HRD, PMS, ER, IR, C&B, Workforce Planning.
• ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านงานบริหารฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี.
• มีความรู้และเข้าใจกฎหมายแรงงาน ประกันสังคม ระเบียบสถานประกอบการ PDPA และระบบมาตรฐาน (เช่น ISO/GMP/HACCP) ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีทักษะด้านระบบ HRIS และ Microsoft O365.
• มีทักษะด้านการใช้ข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์ Excel ระดับกลาง สูง (Pivot, Power Query) สามารถอ่าน สรุปและเล่าเรื่องข้อมูลได้ (Data Storytelling).
• มีความสามารถด้านการสื่อสาร การให้คำปรึกษาและการใช้ภาษา (ไทย อังกฤษ).
• มีคุณลักษณะของความเป็นเจ้าของ (Owner Mindset) ใฝ่เรียนรู้และเปิดรับเทคโนโลยี (Growth & Digital Mindset) อดทนต่อแรงกดดันและข้อจำกัดของงาน (Resilience) สื่อสารอย่างมืออาชีพ มีโครงสร้างและมุ่งผลลัพธ์.
• ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (หยุดเสาร์เว้นเสาร์).
• สามารถปฏิบัติงาน ณ โรงงานเอทานอล อ.พนามสารคาม จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา.
