• วางแผน บริหาร และควบคุมการผลิตงานวิดีโอในโปรเจกต์ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้สอดคล้องกับเวลา งบประมาณ และทรัพยากรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• วิเคราะห์โจทย์ลูกค้า กำหนดเป้าหมาย และสื่อสารกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายนอกและภายในทีมโปรดักชัน เพื่อออกแบบแนวทางการผลิตวิดีโอที่ตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายของลูกค้า และทีม
• สื่อสารเพื่อบริหารความคาดหวังของลูกค้า และจัดการ Feedbackอย่างสร้างสรรค์.
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานโปรดักชันอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• เข้าใจการผลิตวิดีโออย่างดี ทั้งในแง่เนื้อหา เทคนิค บทบาททีมงาน และกระบวนการตั้งแต่ Pre จนถึง Post-production
• เข้าใจลูกค้า เข้าใจผู้ชม เข้าใจแพลตฟอร์ม พร้อมเรียนรู้และปรับตัวเข้ากับเทรนด์วิดีโอที่เปลี่ยนไป
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ จัดการลำดับความสำคัญได้ดี แต่ก็ยืดหยุ่นพร้อมรับมือกับสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้า
• มีทักษะในการประเมินความเสี่ยง และตัดสินใจภายใต้ข้อจำกัดด้านเวลา งบประมาณ และสถานการณ์จริงได้ดี
