• งานบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ
• จัดแยกรหัสทางบัญชี (Map G/L)เพื่อพิจารณาจัดสายธุรกิจและจัดสรรรายได้จากการดำเนินงานตามสายธุรกิจสำหรับการดำรงเงินกองทุนรองรับความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการของธนาคารและกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงินตามวิธีStandardized Approach รวมทั้งวิธีการอื่นใดที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยกำหนด
• การสอบทานการจัดสายธุรกิจในธุรกรรมของธนาคารและกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงินตามแนวทางที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยกำหนด
• บริหารจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับการคำนวฯฐานเงินกองทุนขั้นต่ำและมูลค่าเทียบเท่าสินทรัพย์เสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติการของธนาคารและกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงิน
• สนับสนุนหน่วยงานในการกำหนด / ทบทวนดัชนีชี้วัดความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการติดตามและสรุปผล รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อให้การรายงานความเสี่ยงของธนาคารมีประสิทธิภาพ
• งานประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ
• สนับสนุนการประเมินการควบคุมความเสี่ยงด้วยตนเอง (Risk Control Self Assessment: RCSA) ของทุกหน่วยงานในธนาคารตามแนวทางที่ธนาคารกำหนด
• จัดทำทะเบียน OperTIONAL Rsk Officer
• ประเมินการควบคุมภายในเสนอแนะติดตามแก้ไขมาตรการควบคุมในงานประเมินที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงของธนาคาร
• สนับสนุนกระบวนการพิจารณา เพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการรวมถึงสื่อสารการใช้เครื่องมือการใช้บริการความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ
• งานวิเคราะห์และบริหารข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ความเสียหาย
• กำหนดแนวทางการรายงานข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ความเสียหายและแยกประเภทความเสียหายของธนาคาร
• ควบคุมและดูแลการรายงานเหตุการณ์ความเสียหายในแต่ละหน่วยงานให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางที่ธนาคารกำหนด
• ประมวลผลและจัดการข้อมูล
