• Lead the development of annual category, channel plan covering assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotion and trade spend framework to achieve business objectives and align across all channels (offline & online) for the assigned category.

• Ensure up-to-date category, channel & customer analysis and work closely with the Marketing team to conduct monthly meetings shared to the team.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide shopper insight to support NPD launching including merchandising etc.
• 1-3 years' experience in a trade marketing or sales support role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, trade marketing principles, and in-store activation best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, with experience using CRM and project management tools.
• Fluency in both Thai and English languages.

• จัดทำข้อมูล เปรียบเทียบคู่แข่งสำหรับรายชนิดสินค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• จัดทำข้อมูลการสำรวจสภาพตลาด (Target Situation) และวิจัยตลาด ( Market Research) ของรายชนิดสินค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อตอบสนองกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และเพิ่มยอดขายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สำรวจตลาดและรายงานการวิจัยตลาด เพื่อนำมาเป็นแนวทางและร่วมจัดทำแผนงานส่งเสริมการขาย.
• สามารถเป็นตัวแทนของทีม Channel Marketing เพื่อออกไปสื่อสารวิธีการทำการตลาด แก่พนักงานขายในช่องทางต่างๆได้.
• มีความสามารถในการประสานงานการจัด Event Marketing ในช่องทางต่างๆร่วมกับทีมขายได้.
• ปริญญาตรี/โท ด้านการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ การขาย หรือการโฆษณา หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด Trade Marketing หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป.
• มีความรู้ทางด้านการตลาด FMCG และสามารถวิเคราะห์ตัวเลขยอดขายได้.
• ทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS office โดยเฉพาะ Excel, Power Point.
