• Support the marketing team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, collaborations, events, and other brand activities.
• Coordinate between different marketing functions to ensure information, materials, and deliverables are shared correctly and on time.
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, approvals, and project progress with relevant team members.
• Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, meeting schedules, and marketing documents.
• Take meeting notes, summarize action items, and follow up with responsible team members.
• Campaign, Photoshoot & Event Support.
• Assist Marketing Leads and team members in executing online and offline campaigns.
• Provide hands-on support for photoshoots and content production, including preparation, product and prop coordination, scheduling, on-set assistance, and post-shoot follow-up.
• Coordinate products, samples, campaign assets, marketing materials, and other requirements for launches and activities.
• Support events, pop-ups, store openings, influencer/KOL activities, PR activities, and other marketing initiatives when required.
• Help prepare campaign briefs, presentations, reports, and internal documents.
• Internal, External & International Coordination.
• Work closely with PR, Content, Social Media, Creative, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing, Video, Visual Merchandising, Retail, E-commerce, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate with local and international third parties related to marketing activities, including agencies, photographers, production teams, vendors, event organizers, influencers/KOLs, and suppliers.
• Communicate and follow up with external partners on timelines, deliverables, quotations, required materials, and project details.
• Support coordination with overseas partners and teams as RAVIPA expands into international markets.
• Assist with international marketing activities, store openings, events, collaborations, and campaigns when required.
• Ensure information and materials are clearly communicated between internal teams and external partners.
• Marketing Operations.
• Support purchase requests, quotations, invoices, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain organized records of marketing materials, projects, and campaign information.
• Assist with basic campaign reporting and gathering information from different teams.
• Help improve day-to-day coordination and workflows to ensure the marketing team operates efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, coordination, project support, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship or relevant activity experience are welcome to apply.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive, responsible, hands-on, and willing to support the team wherever needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable coordinating and following up with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required, as this role will communicate and coordinate with international partners.
• Comfortable working with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
• Interest in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, branding, social media, or retail is a plus.
