• Baseline Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related fields, Master's degree is a plus.
• More than 10 years of work experience in Business Planning, Strategic Planning or related fields.
• At least 5 years of distribution/sales channel experiences.
• Having experience in insurance industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategy related fields.
• Good command in English both verbal and written.
• Proactive, Open, Caring, Committed, Innovative.
