- We are seeking a proactive Operation Support Engineer to lead process optimization, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives across the Asia Hub while supporting CAPEX/OPEX projects and driving data-based decision-making.
- Lead process optimization and operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and conduct RCA, FMEA, and troubleshooting activities to resolve operational issues.
- Support CAPEX and OPEX projects, including feasibility studies, engineering reviews, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Drive process data integration, KPI dashboard development, and digitalization initiatives using manufacturing data systems.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites across Asia to provide technical support, operational assessments, and performance improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams, operations, and third-party service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
