- Lead and oversee process engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle for refinery and energy transition projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve process engineering deliverables, calculations, and simulations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient designs.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables from EPC contractors, consultants, licensors, and vendors to ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, regulatory requirements, and international engineering codes.
- Project Execution, Contractor Management & Process Safety.
- Provide process engineering leadership throughout project execution by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing technical interfaces.
- Act as the technical focal point for EPC contractors, consultants, licensors, and vendors, supporting technical bid evaluations, engineering reviews, technical queries, FAT, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Participate in process safety and design reviews (e.g., P&ID, HAZOP/HAZID, and SIL) to ensure engineering solutions comply with company HSE requirements and applicable codes and standards.
- Education.
- Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university (minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 or equivalent)..
- Experience.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in process engineering within the refinery, petrochemical, or energy industry, covering conceptual studies, FEED, detailed engineering, and project execution.
- Demonstrated experience working with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, or owner engineering organizations, including leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and reviewing EPC engineering deliverables.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Technical Competencies.
- Strong knowledge of refinery and petrochemical process units (e.g., CDU, VDU, FCC, Hydrotreater, Hydrocracker, Hydrogen, SRU, and Utilities & Offsites).
- Knowledge of energy transition technologies, including SAF, HVO, Hydrogen, CCUS, and decarbonization projects.
- Proficient in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Petro-SIM, Flarenet, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of digital engineering tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of international engineering codes and standards, including API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, IEC, ISO, and company engineering standards.

- Working Conditions.
- Based in Bangkok with regular travel to the Sriracha Refinery and other project locations, as required.
- Occasional support during commissioning, startup, shutdown, and emergency engineering activities.
