• ปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้งานทะเบียนหุ้นเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย/กฎเกณฑ์ที่ถูกต้องครบถ้วนและให้ได้ข้อมูลที่รวดเร็วตามกรอบเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
• ปฏิบัติงานทะเบียนหุ้นของบริษัทและบริษัทย่อย (ยกเว้นบริษัทในกลุ่มโออิชิกรุ๊ปและอินเตอร์เบฟ) รวมทั้งปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ รวมถึงการทำหนังสือมอบฉันทะและการเข้าร่วมการประชุมของผู้ถือหุ้น ดำเนินการส่งหนังสือเชิญประชุม เอกสารการประชุมและงบการเงินต่อผู้ถือหุ้น รวมถึงจัดเก็บเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้องและสามารถตรวจสอบได้สะดวก
• ประสานงานกับสายงานอื่นภายในสำนักเลขานุการบริษัท
• สนับสนุนงานของเลขานุการบริษัท ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่เลขานุการบริษัทตามกฎหมายหลักทรัพย์หรือกฎเกณฑ์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทและ/หรือบริษัทย่อย
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้อำนวยการสำนัก และ/หรือหัวหน้างาน และ/หรือฝ่ายจัดการ
• ประสานงานการจัดทำรายงานประจำปีของบริษัท
• ช่วยงานแปลเอกสารที่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลรับผิดชอบของสำนักเลขานุการบริษัท.
• ปริญญาตรีศิลปศาสตร์ ภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ กฎหมาย หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการบัญชี และหรืองานทะเบียนหุ้น และ/หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1 ปี
• มีความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานทะเบียนหุ้น
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดกฎเกณฑ์ และระเบียบปฏิบัติของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งในระดับที่เหมาะสมกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ
• มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด กฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ กฎหมายหลักทรัพย์ในระดับที่เหมาะสมกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ.
• มีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจของบริษัทและบริษัทย่อยเป็นอย่างดี
• มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่เหมาะสมกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ
• สามารถรักษาความลับ และเข้าใจระดับของการเปิดเผยข้อมูลเป็นอย่างดี
• มีทักษะในการในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
